Presentation Toezichtfestival

On 20 June, Prof. dr. Erik-Hans Klijn and Dr. Lauren A. Fahy presented at Toezichtfestival.

Toezichtfestival is an annual event for national regulators in the Netherlands, attended by hundreds of practitioners. Prof. Klijn and Dr. Fahy facilitated an interactive workshop titled ‘In the opinion of their employees, how do regulatory agencies get their reputation’? They presented results from a recent survey with Dutch regulatory agency employees, and spoke with attendees about their own experiences at their agencies.
